Just a little harder than average. Try squatting more than 90 degrees for the 180 turn and skimming your knee to the ground when you do jump lunges. You will be dying by the last round. Funny story. I was trying on a top (pink peplum, off the shoulder, so flirty and feminine) and I needed some help getting out of it so I wouldn't ruin it with makeup. So here I am, almost 50 and having had multiple preganancies with the fitting room door open getting helped out of my top by the saleswoman. The moral of the story? I WASN'T EMBARRASSED BY MY STOMACH AT ALL. I CAUGHT A GLIMPSE OF MYSELF IN THE MIRROR AND I WAS SHOCKED AT JUST HOW BLOODY GOOD I LOOKED. MY SHOULDER AND ARM DEFINITION WAS DEFINITELY AN "EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS" AS WELL. Group hiit and calisthenics are to blame. I am consistent and I do everything with perfect form. And it has paid off because I look and feel amazing.
