Fun and not hard
This was a fun workout. The moves flowed really well. Maybe I was just in the zone today, I don't know. I needed a simple cardio bc my ***** pack is still hurting from a prev workout. L2 is all I can handle right now. So glad I picked this one because it didn't frustrate me. I amended the squats to half burpees though. :) All workouts need atleast one set of burpees! And my little amendments are one of the reasons working out at home is the best.
Burning thighs
Going from squats to vertical jumps to jumping jacks was intense. This is a great cardio workout that kept my heart rate elevated the whole time!
