This was a fun workout. The moves flowed really well. Maybe I was just in the zone today, I don't know. I needed a simple cardio bc my ***** pack is still hurting from a prev workout. L2 is all I can handle right now. So glad I picked this one because it didn't frustrate me. I amended the squats to half burpees though. :) All workouts need atleast one set of burpees! And my little amendments are one of the reasons working out at home is the best.
