First round seems a breeze but if you keep going without a break you will be breathless by the end. Not the hardest cardio on the website but a very good workout. Do a proper push up for the burpee and go deep into those squats (as in butt to heels) and it will push you even harder.
This was a great combination of lower body and cardio!
Loved this mix of high intensity workouts. This is the kind that keeps burning fat all day long even after it's done. So sweaty right now.
