Still a good one
When I first started group hiit 2 years ago I thought the plank-up was a forearm strengthener, now that my strength has increased I feel it where I'm supposed to - right behind the shoulders. I used to modify it after 6 reps but no I can get through 10 reps in full plank, no need to rest on my knees anymore! Calisthenics is credited for my strength gains but my endurance and cardio fitness is all group hiit. This is a tough one if you do it with proper form and take no extra breaks. Last round of pencil jacks is brutal.

Manageable
This was just manageable enough. The 4th round is tough though. If you really want to elevate the burn do a toe touch with ice skater (without putting back foot down).
SWEATY
I just finished this as a cardio day for the Blaze Fit program and I am DRIPPING in SWEAT. Great fast paced cardio workout. Really easy moves but good intervals. I'll be coming back to this one for sure. I like to add arms to the speed skater to amp up the burn and I'll hold a plank instead of doing the up-down plank for a few of the intervals.
