Great way to measure your progress
Still hard, just not as hard as it was before. I love the long circuit because by the time you start it again you forget what the exercises were so you don't remember when the hard ones are coming. Much easier to stay motivated that way! Tuck jump is one of those exercises that really measures your fitness level. If you can't do them it's telling you something. Mine is higher, more explosive and more controlled the fitter I get.

Pretty challenging if you don't take breaks
This is 100% cardio and endurance. It does nothing for strength but really gets the heart rate up. I substituted jog in place for a power skip at the end of the circuit.
Moderate Impact, Long circuits but very doable
Definitely sweating buckets. The thing about this workout is while the moves are very basic (basic does not mean not effective!) there are only short breaks between moves and at the end of the full circuit. There was only enough time to semi-compose myself before moving again. There was one spot where I definitely needed more than the 20 secs or so. And with short rest intervals, it makes sense the moves were not that complex bc that would have been, well, not as doable. I also liked that there wasn't a ton of jumping. I hate tuck jumps, refuse to do them, actually, so did burpees instead. That is the great thing about working out from home- I can do my own thing whereas that'd be a bit more difficult to do in a group setting without sticking out. I'd def recommend this one.
