Great for al levels- my favorite so far!
I love this one. Probably my faveriot one
Love it! The first time I did this, I was surprised how it challenged me, it left me breathless! I consider myself fit, I do 3 intensive spin classes a week but this was just as challenging and I sweated the same amount as I do in my spin classes, even with the AC on! However if you are at an advanced fitness level, the key is to do the cardio exercise faster than the girl in the video, you may not feel challenged moving at the same pace as her and also if you end up doing the exercise often like me, substitute the jumping squat with another round of knee raises. Great workout!
This workout was POWERFUL! I felt pretty mighty afterwords, you feel the strength....I can't describe the feeling, you must try the workout for yourself.
