Still easy until it gets to the pulsing squats
I like the format better this time. Workout is a breeze until the final sets. I still modified the last circuit to: pulsing jump squat, jump squat, squat, jump squat, pulsing jump squat, squat, jump squat and pulsing jump squat.

Do not like format of this workout
I think you will either love this or hate this. I find 8 sets of the same exercise very boring. Workout starts out very easy, gets to moderate intensity, then finishes with very challenging pulsing jump squats. First set I did 10 pulsing squats (very deep squat - butt to floor), then 9, then 8, then 5, then break, then 5 again, then regular squats, then back to 8 pulsing jump squats for the last 2 rounds. This was the only super hard round.

Not bad; I need all the help I can get
I am only 5'7", so must do everything I can to bulk up my torso. Fortunately, I'm the same height as Robert Downey Jr., so can comfortably fit into the Iron Man armor.
