Today you get to choose a cardio workout. Choose any Burn Cardio or complete the one below. View Burn Cardio workouts. 

If you would rather do another form of cardio, then complete 30 minutes of any activity of your choice. There are lots of fun ways to get your heart rate going. Some of our ideas are listed below, but feel free to get creative! 

  • Jogging
  • Walking 
  • Swimming
  • Biking
  • Yoga
  • Active video games like Just Dance or WII Sports

Chose to take the corgis on a mile run and then hit the rower for 1000 meters. We just got the rower in December and I have only been looking at it since then. HIIT is getting me moving and I am really appreciating this time!

Day 2 cardio review

I loved my workout today. It definitely got me sweating hard!! I chose my workout in the “burn cardio section” and it was still good and made me sweat hard

This workout definitely pushed me. At times I found myself having to stop for a second before getting back into it. Gotta start somewhere though! I made it through!

Great cardio

I am preparing to do my first 5K in November. I usually go for a run four times a week for my cardio. I know I won't have time tonight, so I completed this cardio workout after ding Day 16 (upper body and abs) of the 12 week program. This workout pushed me as much as my 30 minute run usually do. I am glad to have an alternative to running outside now!
