Good one
If you're doing this with proper form you should be ready to fall on your face by the end. I did one negative push-up for 30 seconds and it was very difficult to go into plank-up by the last round. I hadn't `watched the demo for plank-up until today and all this time I was actually putting my knee to my elbow. I will continue to do it that way but I could have saved some energy in past workouts by just putting my knee in the general direction of my elbow. Second round is all shoulders/upper back - if you are pushing into the ground and away from the ground it's a very challenging circuit. I needed the minute between rounds.
