Cobra is a gentle backbend to stretch your abdominals and open your chest and shoulders. Begin lying on your stomach. Place your hands besides your shoulders. Squeeze your elbows in towards your rib cage and lift your chest off the mat. Relax shoulder down away from the ears. Only lift as high as is comfortable without creating tension in the low back.
