I can feel it in my core! good workout.
Fairly easy cardio
This workout is not too taxing so focus on form and making sure it's perfect to get the most out of it. 4 rounds of the same circuit is a bit boring to me so I switch out a few exercises in the last round so I could complete it.
Getting easier every day!
