Today you get to choose a cardio workout. Choose any Burn Cardio or complete the one below. View Burn Cardio workouts. 

If you would rather do another form of cardio, then complete 30 minutes of any activity of your choice. There are lots of fun ways to get your heart rate going. Some of our ideas are listed below, but feel free to get creative! 

  • Jogging
  • Walking 
  • Swimming
  • Biking
  • Yoga
  • Active video games like Just Dance or WII Sports

Tough Workout

If you are new to working out and especially new to HIIT, this workout is a ball buster. I'm in my 2nd week of Spark Fit and doing a 40s/20s cardio interval was tough. I did modification for some of the exercises and ended up doing a 30s/30s interval. I still had a good workout; I worked up a good healthy sweat; and my heart rate stayed in the cardio range. For a 2nd week Spark Fit workout I felt this was a little difficult but with modifications is totally doable.
