I tried to jump ahead by doing real pushups, bad idea! If you do as many reps as possible your gonna be worked at the end. I was out of breath.
Had to complete upper body and abs today (Tuesday) after my cardio. I really liked the arms. I like the weighted squats to curl press! Whole body working even the lungs! And of course abs are always killer videos! I love being able to get a workout in at the comfort of your home!
I had to workout in a tiny space today.... Had enough room for my yoga mat and 1 ft on either side. No problems doing this workout!! Only move I couldn't do was the side to side hop, so I did lunges instead. No excuses not to make this workout happen!
This upper body and abs workout was intense. The plank-ups were killer. I feel like I have been at the gym for hours, but fortunately this workout took less than 30 minutes!
