Today you get to choose a cardio workout. Choose any Burn Cardio or complete the one below. View Burn Cardio workouts. 

If you would rather do another form of cardio, then complete 30 minutes of any activity of your choice. There are lots of fun ways to get your heart rate going. Some of our ideas are listed below, but feel free to get creative! 

  • Jogging
  • Walking 
  • Swimming
  • Biking
  • Yoga
  • Active video games like Just Dance or WII Sports

short and sweat!

this was a perfect short, but intense workout today. harder than I remembered !

Wow!

I normally going on a 30-45 minute run for my cardio on Tuesdays, but I knew I wouldn't have time today. I instead did this 15 minute cardio workout. I am not disappointed. My heart rate is up and I had to push myself to get through the whole thing. Amazing workout!
