Just right for a seasoned exerciser
This is not a grueling cardio workout (did not elevate my heart rate except during the jump squats). Need <15lb weights if you really want a challenge. (I'm re-writing my review because for some reason the posted version says > 15lbs, but I know I wrote <15lb weights. )
