Fairly easy L3 workout. Did pushups on toes to increase difficulty and with tuck jumps tried to increase the speed at times. Good short workout!

good work-out! I'm glad they offer modifications because my knee was hurting so I did high knees instead of tuck jump and I alternated with a vertical jump to keep my heart rate up.
This one is all cardio and endurance. Aside from engaging abs to stabilize during movement this did nothing else for them. Did something for shoulders and upper back though. Substituted diamond push-up for more challenge and did jumping jack plank with straight arms for 2/4 sets.
i did it even if a change the jumping jack with another exercice
Compare with the previous exercises that was so hard for me! I couldn't do the last part. I know no pain no gain but It was challenging both cardio and heavy upper body workout. I think It is bit early these kind of exercises because If I really push hard, I can get an injured badly :/
