Not too hard and provides good modification options
Long breaks between exercises but you can start early to reduce them. I did asymmetrical push-ups on toes to add a little bit extra. Plank with should tap also added a bit more. Or keep it as designed and enjoy the good workout.

This is an excellent introduction to your series! Thank you. Great cueing and instruction. I appreciate the large font and clear audio signals when it's time to transition. Will definitely be back on Wednesday!

Great Workout. Nice transitions between upper body and abs exercises. (Liked the resting parts the best.)
