Liked the workout as it's another not too hard workout that lets you amp-up the difficulty as you see fit. E.g. Squat, lunge, and calf raise exercises let you increase the difficulty by adding bicep curls or simply holding additional weight. Or keep it as-is and still get a great, focused workout.

It was focused on more specific areas ( legs and core ) rather than the whole body which was also challenging rather than the previous exercise but I think We must stick to the plan for better results.
Great workout for sr. citizen. Got sweaty and hope my knees are ready for tomorrow.
