I personally liked this workout as I'm doping the flash hiit intermediate to advance, and core isn't really highlighted enough there so in my core days I just do this circuit and repeat it 3 times to get a good core workout. Personally really liked the exercise and how worked out my core feels after. Will add this to my routine workouts
Great workout. I could actually feel it in my abs.
