Very Simple but works you and feels good.
I just started the 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge so I tacked this on to my first day. It was just challenging enough and mentally easy to accomplish since it's only two rounds, but 60 seconds of each exercise it enough to feel those abs shaking. I'll definitely use this workout again.
