Only 8 minutes --- but a killer ab workout!

Starting working out again after a 3 month hiatus... so my abs are weak! After doing the Flash Fit 12 week program, I could definitely get through this workout... but I had to cut it a bit short this time. This is a great ab workout that will make you stronger for sure!
