I did this (at your advice to add two ab workouts a week) to top off Week 2 Cardio/Abs. This was alot harder than that one. Alot. My personal preference is towards long intervals with sets that only have a few moves as opposed to short intervals with a bajillion moves. So this was appealing to me. I also though myself a Lvl 3 for abs. I am not. At the 40/45 sec mark, I was struggling and would have to reset. i started with an 8 lb weight on the first set of russian twists but it was ****- dropped to a 5 on the second. I will peruse the lvl 2's later on for this similar format but maybe shorter intervals! I would absolutely do this one again but realize there is some work I need to do to keep up. My favorite move was the weighted bicycle. I have never seen it and really enjoyed it.
