Hard

So, I may have bit off a bit too much with the workout I did before this but I do like my 40/45 minutes so had to combine. My shoulders were a tad worn at the beginning but I told myself that I committed to this so zip it. Well, I have never been so thankful for ab work . I needed the In and Out break. The forward lunge with hammer curl- so hard. Forward lunges are hard for me period but add a weight? Boo. I used 8's on this one since it's tabata style and so may reps/sets. To maintain, I had to go lighter but that doesn't mean I was sweating any less- I was dripping. As a head's up- there are no beeps at the 3 sec mark on this workout, I am assuming since there would be non stop beeping with 20/10 intervals. For the very last set, the push-ups, I kept my neck neutral, facing the floor and just did four per set. Unless you have a floor monitor, you'll have to look up to see the timer which I don't like but may not be a big deal to others. Apple Watch says 400 cals between the two and lots of shoulder work so of course sleeveless it is.
