Join Group HIIT

Complete 15 minutes of cardio today. That means you need to get your heart rate up with some exercise. 

There are lots of fun ways to get your heart rate going.  Some of our ideas are listed below, but feel free to get creative! 

  • Walking or Jogging
  • Swimming
  • Biking
  • Yoga
  • Active video games like Just Dance or WII Sports
