I did this exact routine last night and wanted to challenge myself today after a long walk. I had a hard time with the walking lunges, but was able to complete the rest! Progress!!
It was definitely hard on my knees, but I did what I could do. Good combination of exercises in a pretty short time. It kicked my butt!
