Plank Up with Knee to Elbow
Take your plank ups to the next level! Perform this movement in plank position with arms and feet shoulder width apart, shoulders in line with wrists and a neutral back. Lower onto your elbows one arm at a time, then push yourself back up into a standing plank one arm at a time. Alternate which arm you lower first. Reach each knee toward elbow (same side) before lowering down again.
