Start a Program
Stop searching for workouts and start a program on Group HIIT with little to no equipment. Programs are specifically designed for each level and include hundreds of movements so you'll never get bored. Access cardio, abs and yoga videos in addition to program workouts.
Lots of versatility with this one. Can do with no weights or resistance band as well. I have only one criticism with the group hiit workouts and that's that sometimes the person demonstrating the exercise has less than perfect technique so if the viewers aren't experienced athletes, dancers, gymnasts they will not know enough to correct their own form. The technique on group hiit is so close to perfect that most people won't notice but I do see some cashew back and dropped abs in tabletop.
The burn on those diagonal walks, GEEZ. I had to stop a couple of times on those. I did Burn Cardio 13 before this one and my HR stayed elevated through the entire workout, even going back up to 167 bpm and with a HR hovering around 150 and up, I was drenched at the end. I liked the second circuit ALOT better than the first. I added a weight to the reverse lunges for some addl intensity on those and went as heavy as I could (a 20) on the kneeling squats. I have terrible balance on my right foot!
