was hard i was not able to do hover crunch ,rocking boat and x crunch but i am cover with sweat thank you
This session was great for core, legs, and balance! The lunges had my knees and glutes burning. I ended up having to modify the lunges, but I didn't quit. Thank you Meredith for offering these classes because I don't like going to the gym. I prefer home workouts.
This is not a challenging one until the very last set - the rocking boat is the most challenging exercise especially since it follows the X crunch.
