Supplies- I'd say have your heaviest "light" set, maybe two individual heavier dumbbells, and two levels of resistance bands ready to go. There is not a lot of time to make adjustments.
I found that the harder resistance band was too hard for the banded diagonals but fine for the squats so I ended up using the lighter one for both on the next set. Those banded diagonals were very hard for me and burned. Alot.
My favorite move was the overhead lunges and my least favorite was the duck. Nothing good about the duck.
As my experience has been with these lower body workouts, I will definitely feel this one tomorrow so it'll likely be a recovery day for me and then I'll come back and do a quick cardio and the next upper body pull. It's been enjoyable navigating your workouts. I have found that the structure really works with my own personal style and I can combine workouts to make a longer one.
