A workout that has me muttering words is my kind of workout. If, at the end, I am struggling to go any further, I have been satisfied and this definitely left me satisfied. The pushups and the plankups, actually, the whole third circuit was a mental and physical challenge. I highly expect I will come back to this one again. I did a 12 minute cardio HIIT before this, as well, so a really good day, IMO.
