Single Leg Romanian Deadlift

How to do single leg romanian deadlift hiit exercise

Romanian Deadlifts are a good way to isolate the hamstrings.  Balancing on one leg to do them really forces you to recruit all muscles and focus on form.  With knees slightly bent, lower weights directly downward until you feel your hamstrings stretch.  Squeeze glutes to return to standing.  Keep back neutral and gaze straight ahead. With practice, you'll be able to lower until your back leg is parallel to the floor.
