Group HIIT's low-key approach makes high-intensity workouts, well, approachable
When I say I subscribe to Group HIIT, I don't just mean I have valid login credentials; I mean I BELIEVE in Group HIIT. First, for high-intensity workouts, the vibe is chill -- I love it. From what the instructors wear, to the simple white background, the production is elegant, even artful. I love having a person to follow through the duration of each movement, rather than simply being told what to do and for how long. I love that music is optional with the start and stop prompts; I like to play morning news podcasts during my sessions. And I like that there's not an instructor barking countdowns and other things at me. Coming from weightlifting, in which one- and two-hour sessions are the norm, I have been humbled in learning that I could accomplish so much in less than 30 minutes with tremendous results. I love doing the multi-week programs. Each program has a personality all its own, and going from one program to another provides variety and renewed interest. The days and workouts are charted, making for a checklist that holds one accountable toward the accomplishment of completing the program. There are so many reasons one would want to work out from home or while on the move. Group HIIT meets you where you are, more ways than one. It's great for groups, as the name implies, or the individual who is perfectly happy going it alone, because Group HIIT is the perfect guide.
Great workouts that you can do everywhere and with minimal equipment! Great videos to guide you during the training, I improved my physical level a lot during the lockdown and you can try a lot of different workouts!
These workouts are excellent and can be fit into a tight schedule as well as done in a tight amount of space. I love that the music is optional and I ca watch and listen to what I want while still doing a guided workout -- the best!!!
Loving these at home workouts!
This has been a lifesaver for me over the past 12 months. I have been going gyms and yoga studios for 40 years. As it turns out, I prefer these at home workouts! There are so many videos from which to choose - I usually combine two or three. The exercises are foundational to achieving fitness, well modelled and the videos are paced perfectly and easy to follow. A big bonus for me is there is no talking. I appreciate that the people doing the exercises are different shapes, sizes and colours. Thank you!
Amazing alternative to gym membership
After my regular gym closed due to COVID, Group Hiit has been a lifesaver for continuing to work out from home. I absolutely love the variety of workouts and programs, including a great mix of cardio and strength training. I actually found that with Group Hiit, I workout more consistently than I did at the gym, as all I need is 30 minutes (or less) and basic equipment (mat, dumbbells, band) that I have at home. I highly recommend Group Hiit to people of all skill levels.
