Yin Yoga is a slower style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time in order to let the muscles relax.  It is also a good opportunity to relax the mind as well.  It is the perfect practice for workout rest days.  We recommend using pillows, blankets, or blocks to support the body and make every pose as comfortable as possible.

Stretch & Open Hips

This Yoga session does exactly what it says. The hip-stretching poses are held for a long period of time, but it felt great afterwards.
