Very relaxing exercise that helps strengthen the body.
I love this. I'm on day 5 of starting my day with this each morning after having thrown out my back. I wasn't able to work out for a while. This is a gentle way to get back into physical activity and it's a very uplifting way to start the day. I look forward to it each morning.
