30 Day HIIT Challenge
This program is suitable for all skill levels because it starts out with basic movements and incorporates more complex movements over time. This program demonstrates our mission at Group HIIT to give you the best workout at any skill level, without equipment, in a short amount of time. Learn more about the challenge.
Pace: Work on perfecting your form for each movement and then complete as many reps as possible within the interval.
Schedule: Monday - Upper Body & Abs, Tuesday - Cardio, Wednesday - Lower Body & Abs, Thursday - Rest, Friday - Full Body
Equipment: This program requires no equipment but you can mix in weights to increase the intensity.
Mix in two Ignite Abs workouts or one abs and one body focus workout per week.
