Each program has a day by day schedule. Programs also include cardio, rest and restore days. On Cardio Days, you can play any Burn Cardio video or enjoy your favorite form of exercise.
In addition to cardio day, we recommend adding 2-4 body focus workouts per week. Body focus workouts are shorter routines that target particular muscle groups or goals. This includes workouts in: Ignite Abs, Yoga, Mobility, Glutes & Thighs, Back & Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps, and more. You can pick and choose what to focus on. We recommend one to two ignite abs, at least one yoga practice and one to two other body focus workouts.
