Good workout

This was tough. Glute bridges were difficult for me after first round. I could definitely feel the burn!

Good mix of cardio and strength training

Great workout to finish out the week. Combines cardio, strength training, and the weighted wood chopper helps with a leg stretch that is so necessary after Wednesday's lower body workout!
