Drink water and stretch, these workouts are getting harder. I wanted to wait till the weekend to finish but I made myself do it and am biking to keep my cardiovascular up. Plank ups are definitely making my arms stronger and the squat jacks hurt good like burpees or hot chile. Que caliente el GroupHiit!

Taking control!

I loved this work out! Made me feel strong! Specially the squat jumps and the weighted leg drop! Highly recommend!

Push yourself!

The increased intervals make this workout challenging. The plank-ups and squat jacks can be challenging. I feel awesome for completing this workout and glad I wasable to stick outsell the exercises.
