Why am I the only one reviewing this incredible workout?
This should be a cornerstone workout - one you return to at various points in your fitness regime. You can really measure your progress with these moves! (When done properly and with good form!)

Still hard!
Still hard, especially on the back muscles directly behind the underarm. If you are pushing up through your arms into your back and shoulders then the plank up to mountain climber will really activate those muscles.

Still hard the second time
This is a tough one especially when you squat bum-to-ground and plank over your hands.

It's all cardio so it takes a lot of endurance to get through.
