Still a killer
So demanding. Very good shoulder workout. I had to take lots of extra breaks!
definitely a good work out, but it got too hard to do in round 4.
Added to my favourites
Make this one a goal for yourself. It's definitely challenging. I was tired after the first round which is not the norm for me. Doubles as a shoulder workout. The Plank up after burpee and frog jump is hard, I felt it in the muscle behind my underarm even after I dropped to my knees (also something I don't do often anymore!) When you can do this one straight through you know you've really achieved something. This one will definitely be in my regular rotation.
I was sweating profusely after this. Thank goodness for an in-home workout bc the 10 secs in between some moves was not enough. I agree with the other review- one of the most challenging 23 minutes of any workout ever. But it had burpees so yay.
The hardest 23 mins of my life
I feel like I can do anything after that workout!!
