I did full burpees with a proper pushup at the end and it was tough. It's not the worst cardio but it's definitely challenging.
I have noticed that cardio/ab day has been difficult after lower body day. My legs are SORE and my cardio def suffers. This is something I have now experienced every week. I may try moving lower body to the last workout of my week. I like that we finally had a good set of burpees. My arms got tired on the elbow to knee standing ab move, ha. Was not a fan of the woodchopper, never have been though. Would have liked to see the plank at 60 secs. Until next time...
