Banded Tricep Pushdown

HIIT Exercises for Triceps - Banded Tricep Push Down
Stabilize the top of the band against your shoulder with the opposite hand and hold the other end of the band with your palm facing the floor. Squeeze your upper arm against your body and flex your triceps to extend fully at the elbow. Bend at the elbow to return to starting position at a controlled pace.
