Bent Over Row
For Bent Over Row, stand with feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, and upper body bent over at about a 45 dree angle. With weights in hands, send elbows behind you along the sides of your body to bring the weights in toward your chest. Be sure to keep shoulders down and back, to keep a neutral back and avoid injury.
