Cat and Cow

 

Cat and Cow will stretch the entire core and spine.  Begin in a table top with wrists below the shoulders and knees below hips.  On an inhale, drop the belly towards the ground and look up towards the sky to stretch the front side of the body.  On the exhale, reverse this motion by rounding the back towards the sky.  Press shoulder blades towards the ceiling and stretch the back-side of the torso.
