How to do a crunch

Lay on your back with legs raised and knees bent at a 90 degree angle. Using your hands to gently cradle your lower neck, engage your core and raise your upper body until shoulders are just off the ground. Lower slowly. Try not to use your hands to propel yourself upward; let your abs do the heavy lifting!
