Curl to Press


Stand with dumbbells at either side, palms facing forward. Keeping your elbows close to your body, perform a curl by bringing the weights to your shoulders. Press the weights overhead, rotating so that palms face forward. Slowly lower weights back to shoulders, and extend arms back to the starting position.
