Donkey Circle

How to do donkey circle hiit exercise

Start on all fours with a neutral back. Keep wrists aligned with shoulders. Bring one leg out, perpendicular to the mat. Keeping your leg as high as you can, trace basketball-sized circles with your foot. Make sure to keep foot and thigh muscles flexed throughout, and try not to lean over or rock your body as you perform the movement.
