Eagle Arms will stretch shoulders and upper back.  Begin in a comfortable seat.  Cross arms at the elbows and continue to wrap arms around one another until palms come to touch.  Bend at the elbows and bring hands in front of face.  Gently draw the elbows down so that the thumbs come in front of the eyes.  To intensify the stretch, gentle press hands away from the face.  

 Modification:

 

Modification:  Cross arms at the elbows and give yourself a hug so that hands wrap on the sides of shoulders.  They should not wrap on the top of shoulders.  Walk your hands toward you mid-back.  Relax shoulders down and lower the chin to the chest.
