Ear to shoulder is a gentle neck stretch.  Begin in a comfortable seat.  Relax shoulders down away from ears.  Tilt right ear towards right shoulder.  Bring right hand to head to support stretch.  Reach left hand away from body and extend through finger tips.  Hold and breathe and then perform on second side.
