Forearm Stretch

To stretch your forearms, begin seated with shins on the ground.  Make both hands into fist and bring the first segment of the knuckles together.  Place the back of the hands on ground and bring shoulders above wrists.  Straighten arms.  It is important to keep fists tight.  The straighter the arms, the more you will feel this stretch.
